The EasySpread box spreaders feature an all-steel welded box construction, one-piece solid poly floor, single T-bar apron chain, mechanical V-belt drive and a rooster comb beater. The EasySpread box spreaders have a clean, streamlined design that will set the standard for small-capacity box spreaders. Single T-bar Chain & Slat Apron The single apron slats provide simple, low-cost, dependability and the T-bar design is easier to service compared to pintle chain. ALL-STEEL WELDED DESIGN EasySpread Features The all-steel welded construction provides a solid framework and includes a reinforced tongue that pulls directly from the full-width axle. The solid weld-in tongue and axle means the spreader is stronger and more dependable because the unit is pulled from the axle rather than the front of the box like some competitive spreaders. All units were designed with a low overall height for easy loading capability under barn cleaners and for use by small skid loaders. The rooster-comb beater creates a uniform spread pattern and replaceable paddles provide easier service. One-piece Solid Poly Floor The solid poly floor provides more strength and durability than individual tongue and grove boards or plywood coated with plastic, and requires less horse power than these alternative types of floors. Two-Speed Apron Gearbox* The two-speed gearbox provides flexibility to change speeds for various reasons, including application rate, material types and cleanout. Mechanical V-belt Drive* The V-belt drive design is simple and easy to maintain. The pulleys and belts are accessible for routine maintenance through the hinged front door. * To better illustrate certain details of the machinery.
